Duties of authors

 


1- Presentation of scientific and standard articles

 


Authors of articles should prepare scientifically and coherently, according to the standards of publications. The method used in the article is done accurately and objectively and the data is reported correctly. Respect the rights of other people in the article through complete referencing. Do not express sensitive and unethical, tasteful and personal, racial and religious issues, fake and incorrect information and translation of other people's works without mentioning the title in the article.

 

 

2- Providing raw data if needed

 


The author is asked to present and introduce raw data, interviews or questionnaires and other tools used in the research if needed. Public access to this information (compliant with the ALPSP-STM statement) helps to improve the work of articles

 

 

3- Originality of the presented article

 


The articles presented by the authors should be the author's own work and any use of other people's research should be cited in the article.

 

 

4- Failure to simultaneously publish an article or an accepted and printed article

 


Simultaneous submission of an article to several publications or published or accepted articles to other publications is against the rules

 

 

5- Mention of proper referencing

 


Referencing includes mentioning all the books, publications and websites and other researches of individuals in the bibliography

 

 

Mentioning the responsible person and colleagues in the article and being careful in the absence of unrelated names

 


The person in charge of the article is the person who has made a major contribution in the preparation, preparation, design and implementation of the article, and other authors are also mentioned as collaborators in the article, and the main author of the article should be responsible for the existence of the names and information of all authors and The absence of names other than the authors of the article ensures that all the authors have read the article and agreed on its submission

Whenever the author notices any error or carelessness in his article, he informs the publication about it, takes action to correct it or withdraw the article.

 


Guidelines for writing and submitting articles

 


The text of the submitted articles should be in Farsi language.
The submitted articles have not been published or sent for publication in another publication.
The sent articles should be research and documented and based on research criteria.
The volume of the articles should not exceed 25 pages.
The articles should be typed on one side of A4 paper with enough space between the lines and legible, with the WORD program and Bzar13 font and sent through the quarterly system.
It is necessary to mention the full details of the author along with his full address, contact phone number and academic degree in the system. It should be noted that the name and details of the author or authors should not be mentioned in the main file of the article.
If the author has a degree lower than assistant professor, it is necessary to include the name of a person with the degree of assistant professor or higher.
The article should include the following sections: abstract, keywords, introduction, main body, conclusion, list of references.
It is necessary to insert the Latin equivalent of abandoned names and terms in front of the phrase and in parentheses.
References in the text should be written in parentheses by mentioning the author's last name, year of publication, volume and page number.
In this quarterly, articles are published that are written in a comparative manner in the field of public law.
The quarterly reserves the right to reject or accept and edit the articles and is exempted from returning the received articles.
The received articles are reviewed by the editor and prepared for publication after approval.
